Autel IM608 2020 Jeep Wrangler Cannot Read PIN or Learn Key

Situation 1: IM608 won’t read pin nor learn key I was able to read the code of a 2019 Chrysler 300 yesterday with no problems using the same cable, so I don’t understand why it isn’t reading this one? It says it is not supported by the system.

You are in the wrong place. You have to go through the system selection to get the password, after that everything was easy. Some people have done this car with no problems, you have to erase all the keys and disconnect the battery and then reconnect the key and program. If still fails to read pin, send log data to Autel engineer. Autel IM608 How to send data logs?

Situation 2: IM608 reads PIN but doesn’t learn key I was able to get password for 2020 Jeep Wrangler with Autel IM608 and FCA 12+8 gateway adapter but now that I’m in add key part it learns none of the keys . I deleted all the keys but now it doesn’t learn the original key or any of the keys I have. What could I be doing wrong?

Here comes the working solution: write down the pin, go to the bottom under 2018-2019 under immo-learn, don’t add key or lost all keys but immo-learn and follow the instructions. You won’t be able to pull the pin in those years, but it should be programmed.
